From the front office to installation, this has been one of the most painless contractor encounters I have ever experienced. Appointments were always confirmed via text message and everyone showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. A couple hours after having my gas log set installed, my blonde self forgot what they had told me about the instructions for opening and closing my lock top damper. I sent a text to one of the installers and he replied back within minutes with detailed instructions. My fault for not writing it down in the first place. I highly recommend this company for all your fireplace needs! read less

Derek and Dustin came out last week to install a gas line and fireplace for us. The start to finish the project was seamless. Their communication was excellent- right when we scheduled service we received a text confirmation and they updated us the day of showing up right on time. Before having this unit installed we just had some candles in the fireplace because we never wanted to take the time to build a real fire. Now we have had our fire going every night and the aesthetics in our living room are wayyyy better. Super easy to turn on and the installation process was very fast and convenient. Highly recommend Motown Fire! read less
